ABOUT TAMARA DEVER:
Tami is the co-owner and founder of TLC Graphics, which began as a freelance business while she was in high school, so very long ago. Faced with the choice of commuting her life away or having no job at all, she decided to give her freelance business a full-time try in 1997. The business has since grown from design studio to a complete publishing development firm, with—dare we say?—a wonderful reputation for providing outstanding design and caring customer service.
When not running the business, Tami spending time with her awesome husband, kids, and dogs, creating designs for church, school, and missions, riding horses, and all things ’70s and ’80s music. She secretly (OK, not-so) longs to have an office in the south of France, though severely lacks a French accent or vocabulary. She and her family are devout Green Bay Packer fans, so don’t bother trying to contact them around game time. She has lived in Wisconsin, northern California, and Texas and loves the warm people and climate of her adopted hometown of Austin. She continues to beg her northern-dwelling friends and family to stop hosting big events in the wintertime.
Tami has a BFA in Graphic Communications from UW Oshkosh (that’s in WI) and began her career designing magazines and books for several publishing companies.
